How do we support you through each stage of the trip?

Personal Meetings
Our friendly, knowledgeable staff meets with you and your staff at your school to discuss the details of your trip. We are flexible when it comes to the organization of such excursions as we realize that each group has its own particular interests and needs.

Sample Itineraries and Literature
We provide you with detailed information for your proposed tour, whether it be one of our programmes or one that is customized to satisfy your interests. Our itineraries give you a more detailed, hour-by-hour example of how we can plan your tour. Brochures for specific sites and accommodation are also given to you in order to keep you as informed as possible.

Teacher's Planning Manual
This manual can be very useful, especially for first-time planners. At time of booking, we can provide you with information and documentation that will help you through each planning stage. Trip justification, sample letters, fundraising ideas, and on-the-road material are but a few of the topics we cover.

Trip Presentations
Our knowledgeable staff is available to present your chosen trip (usually slide presentations) to your community at your school on your chosen evening. We are also available for daytime classroom/student presentations.

Regular Trip Updates
We realize that educators are busy teaching throughout the school year. We are in constant touch with you, for your peace of mind, to let you know how the planning of your trip is progressing.

Personalized Itinerary
We provide you with a detailed, hour-by-hour itinerary prior to your trip. This itinerary reflects your final programme based on your interests and needs.

Our Temple and Temple Activities Directors
On each tour, you and your group are educated and entertained by our friendly, flexible and qualified Activities Director(s). They are knowledgeable not only in our destinations, but they have also worked with young adults and are familiar with their particular interests and needs. They are with you every step of the way, throughout your tour.

In-City Company Representatives
In May and June, we provide our clients with staff that works behind the scenes in certain destinations. They are always one step ahead of your tour, confirming all reservations and overseeing quality control.

24-Hour Support
You always have access to our staff, whether it be through our In-City Company Representatives, our Activities Directors or our toll free number which connects you directly to our main office.

Evening Security
We provide each group with professionally-bonded, uniformed security people each night from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. They ensure the safety of your group while the teachers re-energize for the following complete day of activities! Teachers remain energetic and alert; parents have peace of mind; students get some rest!

Post-Trip Evaluation Form
We value your comments. We like to know what the highlights of your tour were. We also like to work with you on making any necessary changes to improve your tour for the future.

Personal Wrap-Up Meeting
We feel that it is equally important to meet with you after the completion of your tour to review all aspects and thank you for your business!
