Reservation Information & Booking Conditions:

PAYMENTS:
A signed and returned booking agreement along with a $100 non-refundable deposit per student is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is required in our office 45 days prior to your trip’s date of departure. A $20.00 charge will be assessed against all NSF cheques.

MINIMUM NUMBERS:
Tour costs are based on specific minimum numbers. Should your numbers increase or decrease, the cost of your tour will change accordingly.

TRIP CANCELLATION:
Should your trip be cancelled a minimum of 45 days prior to your trip’s departure, all monies less the $100 deposit per student are refundable less those that have been deposited and cannot be recuperated (i.e. airline deposits). Cancellations within 45 days of your trip’s departure are refundable less those monies that have been deposited and cannot be recuperated (i.e. motorcoach transportation, site admissions, hotel accommodation, some meals). Cancellation within 14 days of your trip are 100% non-refundable. An administration fee equal to the amount of your deposit is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION/HEALTH INSURANCE FOR EACH TRAVELLER:
In many cases, this insurance is included in your trip cost. Should it not already be included, optional cancellation/health insurance can be purchased from $10.00 to $120.00 depending on the cost and length of your trip. Please consult our office for an accurate cost. Cancellation prior to or after departure is covered for the following reasons: Illness, injury or death to you, or your immediate family members, quarantine, hijacking, jury duty, casualty to your primary residence. Cancellation insurance is in effect at the date of application. Health insurance is in effect at 12:01 am on your departure date and ends at midnight on your return date.

TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF CANADA:
All travellers are responsible for providing the proper documentation in order to cross the appropriate international border(s). Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT” is not responsible for incorrect documentation.

TRAVELLERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:
Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT” makes every effort to provide special individual assistance to a tour member with special needs for walking, dining or other special personal requirements. However, due to the variety of special needs that exist, we cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate all individuals. In many cases, persons needing such special assistance must be accompanied by a companion/chaperone who is able to provide this special assistance. Travellers needing special assistance for other than personal needs must notify Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT” at time of booking to determine what assistance may reasonably be made available.

BAGGAGE DISCLAIMER:
Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT” is not responsible for and does not assume liability or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through hotel and group carrier handling.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER:
Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT” and its subsidiaries act only in the capacity of an agent for all airlines, motorcoach companies, boats, trains, automobiles, accommodations, sites, restaurants and other suppliers stated in the tour literature describing the services purchased. Because we act as an agent, we cannot maintain control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers. We therefore cannot assume responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may occur due to
1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers;
2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of any of these suppliers;
3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers; or
4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the supervision and control, direct or otherwise, of Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT”.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT” reserves the right to change any aspect of your tour (i.e. accommodation, transportation) in order to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients. In such case, advance notice will be given to our clients.
2) Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT” is not responsible for events beyond its control such as, and without limitation to, acts of God, war, terrorist activities, strikes or government restrictions; nor in the absence of its own negligence, for personal injury, property damage, loss of earnings from any cause whatsoever caused by persons not controlled by Temple and Temple Tours Inc. “TNT”.
